Earlier this month, I wrote about researching your digital audience. This is a followup to that post, where I present three scenarios that might’ve happened.
Despite your best attempts and intentions, something will go wrong for you on social media. A crisis management plan helps you get through the situation. A few days ago, Instagram announced to the world their newest feature – stories – a direct copy of Snapchat. When I saw this feature live, I was simultaneously filled with dread and excitement.
